I would like to share with you a tip to manage cold hands or feet. Cold hands and feet can sometimes be linked to an underlying condition, medication changes, or lifestyle factors, so a healthcare provider may recommend specific treatment if needed. However, for many people who naturally feel cold, simple daily habits can make a big difference in staying comfortable. Keep your body warm by wearing gloves and thick socks before going out or consider heated options for extra warmth. Always dry your feet properly after bathing or swimming, as moisture can make them feel colder. Adding insulated liners to your shoes or boots helps retain heat and keep feet dry. Warm baths or foot soaks can also gently rewarm your body while helping you relax. If the cold feeling is persistent, severe, or unusual, it’s best to seek medical advice to rule out any underlying issues.

Humor makes life interesting. Here’s the joke of the day called, “IQ vs. Voltage.”

Mathematician Sheldon and Physicist Joseph were hiking when a massive storm rolled in. Sheldon calmly opened an umbrella with a metal tip.

“Sheldon! Put that away! It’s dangerous!”

“Relax, Joseph. I did the calculations in my head. Statistically speaking, our surface area relative to this mountain makes a strike nearly impossible. The probability of an incident is a negligible variable!”

Joseph pulls out a piece of paper and a pen. He starts writing a formula frantically. Shocked at the result, he starts running away…

“Sorry, Sheldon, but by my formula, I need to maintain a 100-meter distance from your lightning rod!”
