I have a neat tip for you on how to use wire hangers to form plant hangers. Just take a hanger that’s made completely of wire and fold the two shoulder areas toward each other. Next, bend the wire around the pot so that it fits well enough to keep it in place. Hang your plant with the open ends of the hanger against a wall or a fence, this will keep the plant secure in the wire loop. What’s nice about a wire hanger hook is that you can manipulate it to hang over a rail, link in a fence, or hang from a nail. For heavier plants, you can double up the wire hangers to make it more secure.
